FAQ
Questions before the doors open?
The practical details, for the grown-ups.
- What ages is this for?
- Imagine Now Play is designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
- What arrives?
- Every adventure is different. Inside, you'll find a personal invitation, a new story and mission, and carefully chosen imagination starters to begin the adventure. We intentionally don't send every possible thing your child could use—discovering what ordinary things can become is part of the experience.
- Is this a craft kit?
- Unlike a traditional craft or activity kit, an Adventure doesn't give your child a finished project to copy or a right way to complete it. We provide the story, the invitation and the spark. Your child decides what the world becomes.
- What does it cost?
- We haven't opened subscriptions yet. Pricing and plan options will be shared with the First Adventure List before the first Adventure ships.
- How much screen time is involved?
- One short video. The child scans a QR code, meets the three friends, receives the mission—and then puts the screen down and plays.
- How long does an adventure last?
- There’s no set time. Each adventure is designed to spark ongoing imaginative play—whether that lasts for one afternoon, gets picked back up tomorrow, or inspires entirely new adventures along the way. Imagination doesn’t run on a timer.
- Do we need special supplies?
- Some Adventures will need a few basic things from around the house to get started—like child-safe scissors, tape, cardboard boxes, paper, toilet paper tubes, paper towel tubes, or other simple everyday materials. Grown-ups will know ahead of time what they'll need, so there are no surprises when it's time to play. But getting started is only the beginning. Once the Adventure is underway, children can pull their own world into it. Blankets, pillows, laundry baskets, chairs, couch cushions and other safe household objects can become whatever their imagination needs them to be. We provide the spark. The starting materials get things moving. Their imagination takes it from there.
- Who owns the account?
- A parent or guardian owns and manages the subscription, shipping details and billing. We do not collect unnecessary information about children.
We saved a spot for them.
Their friends are waiting. Their first adventure is waiting. All that’s missing is their imagination.
