Subscription Terms
Recurring subscription
Imagine Now Play is offered as an automatically renewing subscription.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your subscription will renew monthly until canceled.
Price
The price displayed at checkout is the recurring subscription price applicable to your order, plus any applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges.
Recurring charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Imagine Now Play and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account or through another cancellation method clearly provided by Imagine Now Play.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not retroactively cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Price changes
If we change the recurring price of your subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price is charged.
Failed payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, pause shipment, or suspend the subscription until payment is successfully completed.
Changes to Adventures
Adventure themes, stories, materials, packaging, and included components may vary from promotional images and may change as we improve the Imagine Now Play experience, subject to applicable law.
Shipping
Shipping schedules are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery timing may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
