Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Written for the parents and legal guardians who hold Imagine Now Play accounts — in plain English, and describing only what is true today.
1. The short version
This website is informational, with one exception: our Start page offers a subscription checkout.
There are no user accounts, no login, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party marketing pixels. When you purchase a subscription, your name, email, billing address, shipping address and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor — not by us. We never receive or store your full card number.
2. Who we are
Imagine Now Play is a monthly imaginative-play experience for families with children in grades K–5th, operated by JBH Imagine Now Play LLC. The account holder, purchaser, and subscription manager is always a parent or legal guardian — never the child.
3. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers the Imagine Now Play website and any related service that collects or receives personal information. It does not cover websites, apps, or services run by other companies that we link to.
4. What we collect
If you simply browse the site, we do not collect personal information from you. There is no newsletter signup, no survey, and no contact form that submits automatically.
If you purchase a subscription, information is collected on the checkout form provided by Stripe: the parent or guardian name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored by us.
We do not ask for any information about your child at checkout.
5. Accounts, checkout, and payments
We do not offer user accounts, logins, or passwords. There is nothing for you or your child to sign into.
Subscriptions are purchased through Stripe Checkout and billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Stripe acts as our payment processor and is an independent controller of the payment information it collects; its handling of that information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
From Stripe we receive and store a small subscription record in our own backend so we can fulfill and support your order: a Stripe customer and subscription reference, the plan purchased, the subscription status and billing period, whether it is set to cancel, and the email address you used at checkout. We do not store card numbers.
6. Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider. Its servers may briefly record standard technical information needed to keep the site secure and available — such as the IP address used by your browser, the browser type, and the page requested. This is a routine part of serving a web page, not an analytics or tracking system we built.
We do not add any analytics, measurement, error-logging, session-recording, or profiling software to the site ourselves.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We do not use cookie banners because we do not place behavioral or marketing cookies. If a cookie is set by the hosting provider or browser for technical reasons, it does not follow you across other websites or build a profile of your activity.
8. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
There is no analytics code, no advertising pixels, no retargeting, no behavioral advertising, and no third-party marketing trackers on this site — including, as a permanent rule, on any child-facing adventure or video page. We will not introduce behavioral advertising or tracking on child-facing pages.
9. Email, SMS, and customer communications
We do not currently use an email or SMS service, a marketing-automation platform, or a customer-support platform. If you email us directly, we will receive your email address and your message, and we will use it only to respond to you.
10. Video, shipping, and fulfillment
We do not currently embed or use a third-party video hosting provider on this site.
To deliver an Adventure we use the shipping address you provide at checkout, and we share the information a carrier needs to make the delivery.
11. Third parties who receive your information
Stripe, our payment processor, collects and processes checkout, billing and payment information on our behalf and as an independent controller for its own compliance purposes.
Our backend and hosting providers store the subscription record described in section 5 so we can fulfill and support your order.
Carriers receive the shipping details needed to deliver an Adventure.
We do not use an authentication provider, marketing email or SMS platform, video host, customer-support platform, or any advertising or analytics network. Our fonts are self-hosted and served from the site's own assets, so loading a page does not send a request to an outside font service. We do not sell your information.
12. Children's privacy
Imagine Now Play accounts, subscriptions, and purchases are for parents and legal guardians. The account holder, purchaser, and subscription manager is always the grown-up — never the child.
We do not offer child accounts. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly through our website. There is no child-to-child messaging, no public child profile, and no way for a child to upload photos, videos, messages, voice recordings, or contact information.
Any information about a child would come from a parent or guardian, and we would ask only for what personalization genuinely requires. Today we ask for nothing at all.
13. Data security
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our systems.
The subscription record we keep is stored in a private database that is not readable from the browser and is reachable only by our own trusted server-side code.
14. How long we keep information
We keep your subscription record for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards only as long as needed for support, accounting, tax and legal recordkeeping.
If you email us, we keep your message only as long as we need it to respond and then delete it or archive it in line with ordinary business practices.
14. How long we keep information
Because we do not currently collect personal information through the site, we do not retain it. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as we need it to respond and then delete it or archive it in line with ordinary business practices.
15. Your choices and rights
Privacy laws in several states give you the right to ask what personal information a business holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You are welcome to make such a request at any time — today the honest answer will be that we hold none.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
16. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy will be updated before any new service that materially changes data collection or sharing goes live. That includes payment processing, account creation, authentication, email communications, shipping and fulfillment, analytics, video hosting, and customer support tools.
We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. If a change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you directly.
