Safety

Play big. Play safe.

Imagine Now Play is designed to spark creativity, storytelling, exploration, and imaginative play.

Before you begin

Because every child's abilities and environment are different, a parent or responsible caregiver should determine which activities and materials are appropriate for their child.

Adult supervision

Adult supervision is recommended during Imagine Now Play Adventures.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for reviewing the materials included in each Adventure before use and supervising play as appropriate for their child's age, abilities, and environment.

Household objects

Some Imagine Now Play Adventures encourage children to incorporate ordinary household objects into imaginative play.

These suggestions are examples only. Parents and caregivers should select and approve all household materials before use.

Do not allow children to use sharp, breakable, electrical, flammable, toxic, excessively heavy, unstable, or otherwise hazardous objects as play materials.

Keep cords, plastic bags, packaging materials, medications, chemicals, tools, appliances, and other potentially hazardous household items away from children.

Included materials

Parents and caregivers should inspect all materials before each use.

Discontinue use of any item that becomes damaged, broken, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.

Follow all warnings and instructions supplied with each individual Imagine Now Play Adventure.

Age recommendations

Imagine Now Play Adventures are designed for the age or grade range identified on each Adventure.

Age recommendations are provided as guidance and do not replace parental judgment or supervision.

Sensory materials

Certain Adventures may involve sensory materials.

Unless an item is specifically identified as food, it should not be eaten or placed in the mouth.

Parents and caregivers should review materials and ingredients, where applicable, for known allergies or sensitivities before use.

Water play

If an Adventure incorporates water, a responsible adult should supervise the activity at all times.

Never leave a child unattended around water.

When to stop play

If a child is using an object or material in an unsafe manner, discontinue the activity and remove the object or material.

Product-specific warnings

Where an individual Adventure requires a product-specific safety warning, that warning is shown with the Adventure and again at checkout.

The goal is simple: give imagination room to run while grown-ups help keep the Adventure safe.
